This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS app SlideShow ("the App", "we") handles information when you use it. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Summary

The App collects nothing. It has no account system, no servers of our own, no analytics, no advertising SDK, and no tracking. Your photos are read on your device only to display them, and are never uploaded to us or anyone else.

2. Information We Collect Directly

The App does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. We do not operate our own servers.

3. Photos and Folders

You choose where the slideshow's photos come from:

• Photo Library — if you choose this source, the App asks for photo library access and reads your photos (all photos or one album) only to display them on your device.
• Folders in the Files app — including On My iPhone / iPad, iCloud Drive, USB drives, SD card readers and SMB file servers. The App can only read the folder you explicitly pick, and it keeps a bookmark to that folder so it can be opened again next time.

Photos are never uploaded, copied off the device, analyzed, or shared by the App. If your photos are stored in iCloud Photos, iCloud Drive or on a network server you connected in the Files app, iOS may download them from that service so they can be shown; that transfer happens between your device and the service you chose (for example Apple, under Apple's Privacy Policy), and we receive nothing. You can revoke photo access at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos.

4. Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is created and stored only in the App's own sandbox on your device:

• App settings and preferences (play mode, transitions, sort order, display options, interface language, etc.)
• The folder or album you last chose, and a scan cache of the file list so large folders open faster
• Temporary resized images kept in memory while the slideshow plays

This data is not transmitted to us. It is removed when you delete the App. If iCloud Backup is enabled on your device, a copy may be included in your own iCloud backup under Apple's terms; we have no access to it.

5. Advertising and Analytics

The App contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK and no third-party trackers. No advertising identifier (IDFA) is requested or used, and the App does not show an App Tracking Transparency prompt. If this ever changes in a future version, this policy and the App Store privacy labels will be updated before that version is released.

6. External Links

The App contains an optional donation link that opens PayPal in your browser. Anything you do on PayPal is governed by PayPal's privacy policy, not by this one. The App itself sends no data when you tap the link.

7. Permissions Used

• Photo library (optional) — only if you choose the Photo Library as a source, as described in Section 3.
• Folder access — only for folders you pick yourself in the Files app folder picker.

The App does not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera, location, health data or calendar.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your data, because we do not have any. No data is shared with third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks.

9. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because no data is collected at all, no personal information about a child can be collected through the App.

10. Your Rights

Because we do not hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete on your behalf. Data stored on your device can be deleted at any time by deleting the App. If you have questions about your rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, you may contact us at the address below.

11. Security

Data created by the App is kept inside the App's sandbox on your device, protected by iOS, where other apps cannot read it. No storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised policy.

6. 外部連結

本應用程式提供一個選用的贊助連結，點選後會在瀏覽器中開啟 PayPal。您在 PayPal 上的任何操作適用 PayPal 的隱私權政策，而非本政策。點選連結時，本應用程式本身不會傳送任何資料。

7. 使用的權限

• 相簿（選用）：僅在您選擇照片圖庫作為來源時使用，如第 3 節所述。
• 資料夾存取：僅限您在「檔案」資料夾選擇器中自行選擇的資料夾。

本應用程式不會要求存取您的通訊錄、麥克風、相機、位置、健康資料或行事曆。

8. 資料分享

9. 兒童
