SlideShow displays images from folders that you explicitly choose using the
Android system folder picker (Storage Access Framework). The app requests no broad
storage permissions such as READ_MEDIA_IMAGES or
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE.

SlideShow saves only your own preferences locally (selected folder URI, slideshow interval, transition effect, sort order, shuffle/loop settings, scale mode, last viewed image, and language choice), plus a temporary image cache used to make playback smooth. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.
